Clubhouse Rental

This is a perfect venue for weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, card games, business meetings and seminars, church meetings, anniversary parties, dances, family re-unions, and just plain TGIF parties.
General Information:
In order to rent the Coquina Key Clubhouse, you must be a paid
Member of the Association. The Coquina Key Neighborhood Association
offers Resident and Non-Resident Memberships.
Rates:
- $75.00 Reservation fee (to be applied to first hour of rental)
- $75.00 Per Hour / $300 for day (4 hours or more)
- $150.00 refundable deposit (minus any fees for damages,
cleaning
or policy violations)

No more than 80 persons allowed inside the building

Unless a separate agreement is signed, the pool and patio area are strictly off limits with the exception of access and use of the restrooms
