This is a perfect venue for weddings, birthdays, graduation parties, card games, business meetings and seminars, church meetings, anniversary parties, dances, family re-unions, and just plain TGIF parties.

General Information:

In order to rent the Coquina Key Clubhouse, you must be a paid Member of the Association. The Coquina Key Neighborhood Association offers Resident and Non-Resident Memberships.

Rates:

$50.00 Per Hour
$50.00 Cleaning Deposit Fee

Maximum Capacity:  80 People

General Rules:

Pool use is allowed, however, it is not exclusive to event guests

No events after 12:00 midnight
